Meghan discovered yoga in 2003 at university and the practice has supported her mind and body on her continued journey. In 2010-11 she took a teacher training in hatha/vinyasa yoga and began introducing it to the staff at her school. In 2012 Meghan discovered kundalini yoga which was an "Ah-ha" moment that led her to take her kundalini teacher training that same year. Kundalini yoga is a yogic technology that allows one to experience their true essence, their soul. It is often called "the yoga of awareness." It incorporates the tools of breath techniques, dynamic movement, mantra, visualization, and meditation to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness of self and build resiliency.
